The Swiss branch of the SAS Institute implemented a company-wide Business Intelligence platform at the Rhaetian Railway and wanted to use this as a reference in its customer magazine. We met with the teams responsible for the project from both SAS and the Rhaetian Railway to learn about the initial challenge, the proposed solution and the final execution. In a three-page article we were able to portray this case in a way that remained accessible for the magazine’s general readership, whilst still yielding in-depth information.
