Personal interviews are an ideal method to communicate complex content and strategies. Interviews enable journalists and clients to get to know one another, and in doing so build a dialogue based on trust. We identify appropriate media and journalists and arrange contact with the editors, ensuring an alignment with the goals of the interviewee and the publication. Before an interview we work with our clients to compose key messages and answers to critical questions. Upon request we accompany the client to the interview, take notes and conduct a debriefing. In instances where the interview transcript is available for revision, we ensure that our client has been represented correctly. If necessary, we also arrange one-to-one meetings where journalists receive background information which they are free to use for their articles, though without naming their source.
