The composition and distribution of media releases are crucial components of the daily operations in a public relations agency. A clear structure and crisp messaging, combined with up-to-date distribution lists, are self-explanatory ingredients.
We distinguish our work from that of other agencies by taking into account the recipients’ interests. The Swiss news agency SDA receives thousands of press releases each day and publishes only a fraction of them. We ask ourselves what the media and ultimately the readers are interested in, and therefore advise our clients to only communicate truly important messages. Central to our processes is a highly integrated CRM system containing over 6000 active contacts. For every dispatch we develop an individual recipient list with target media and journalists for whom the content could be of interest. At the request of our clients, we can serve as the main contact for media inquiries and provide additional material, such as high-resolution images, upon request. We accompany the media during the development of their articles, right up to publication.
