E-mail newsletters are favored as a customer retention instrument, with subscriptions generally accrued and managed over the company website. It is important to ensure that cancellations of these subscriptions are as easy as signing up to them, guaranteeing only those interested receive the information. Typically, newsletters are a tapestry of multiple messages including concluded projects, new contracts, latest products, awards and media releases. E-mail newsletters often only contain teaser information, with links through to the website for complete text. When tracked with website analysis, companies can see immediately which topics are of most interest to their readership. Within the framework of online PR activities, we assist our clients with the content development for e-mail newsletters.

In March 2011, green.ch opened the first datacenter in Switzerland that is entirely available to external parties. A newsletter, with up-to-date articles and background information regarding datacenter markets, is sent quarterly to interested recipients. The goal is to expand and strengthen demand for the datacenter’s extensive capacity.
