Developing communication strategies is one of our core competencies. We’re convinced that individual measures have little effect if they’re not part of an overall plan. For this reason we usually start by defining a strategy in one or more workshops involving representatives from different departments of the client’s organization. We then produce a detailed report summarizing the results. Sometimes it makes sense to conduct an additional workshop for individual measures such as a website or a sales presentation.
If you want a meaningful competition analysis or an employee survey or poll, an outsider’s view is often imperative. We work with you to define the objectives and content of the survey, and will then carry out the investigation and analyze the results.
The earlier critical situations are detected and the better prepared you are, the more quickly normality can be restored. We have drafted guidelines for emergencies, and with some of our clients have practiced realistic crisis scenarios. Naturally we’re at your side round the clock if needed.
