Situation

The new CEO appointed to lead the real estate management company Wincasa wanted to analyze the company’s corporate identity and systematically compare it with the competition.

Strategy

We defined nine primary elements of the corporate identity (logo, messages, visual language, website, etc.) and eight additional secondary elements (advertisements, PR, signage, etc.). We also developed a rating scale for quantifying the results for comparison with the identities of other companies.

Implementation

We summarized the results of our analysis in a 27-page report. Spider diagrams provided a comprehensive overview of quantified results. This provided a visual basis for effectively comparing the different companies.

Result

The analysis revealed the strengths and weaknesses of Wincasa’s corporate identity, compared to the competition, at a glance. Wincasa then decided to completely revise its corporate appearance.
